Compliance Solutions

Fix the problem, then prove it's fixed

Auditors don't just check your policy. They sample residents, read care records and talk to staff to see whether practice has really changed.

Our method

Check. Fix. Prove.

Every Compliance Solution follows the same three steps — because a new form is not a fix until staff and records show it.

  1. Step 1

    Check

A focused gap review against the relevant strengthened Quality Standard outcomes, using resident sampling the way an auditor would.

  2. Step 2

    Fix

Practical changes to processes, documentation and staff capability, delivered with your team.

  3. Step 3

    Prove

An evidence pack and a re-sample 4–6 weeks later, so you know the fix has held before the Commission tests it.

Not holding? The re-sample shows it — and we go back to Check before your auditor finds it.
