Built by people who run aged care
Specialist funding, workforce and quality expertise for providers who don't have a head office full of it.
About Jack Nguyen
Jack Nguyen is a Registered Nurse and residential aged care leader who helps providers protect their funding, meet their workforce obligations and demonstrate compliance with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
Jack has over 10 years of leadership experience in residential aged care. His roles have included Clinical Manager, Facility Manager, Nurse Unit Manager and Operational Manager, and senior leadership as Director of Care and Executive Clinical Operational Manager. He has worked through every major funding and regulatory reform of recent years, from ACFI to AN-ACC, and from the introduction of mandatory care minutes to the new Aged Care Act 2024.
His work focuses on the issues that most directly affect a home's sustainability and its standing with the regulator: AN-ACC classification and funding, care minute compliance and rostering, clinical risk, and readiness for Commission audits and monitoring.
Jack founded UpHealth Advisory to give small and mid-sized providers access to the same operational and regulatory expertise that large groups maintain in-house. He delivers it through practical, fixed-fee engagements.

Experience providers can rely on.
Jack's advice is grounded in work he has delivered as an operational leader.

From Jack
“I've spent my career on the floor and in the leadership meetings of residential aged care. I know how quickly funding, staffing and compliance pressures compound — and how much difference the right plan makes for residents and staff. I started UpHealth Advisory to help providers get ahead of those pressures, with honest advice and work that holds up when the Commission visits.”
